The exhibition opens at Pontefract Museum on 14th November, ahead of the World Cup final, which takes place in England on Saturday 19th November.

Many of the trail-blazing women featured in the exhibition come from or
have played in the Wakefield district, including the inspirational coach,
Jackie Sheldon.
